Understanding BSL Grammar is online professional development for those who teach British Sign Language. CPD accredited, it has been designed to develop your understanding of BSL grammar; offering you the ability to maximise your potential and become the best teacher you can be. This package is broken down into three modules – all of which cover different aspects of BSL grammar. Within each module, there is a selection of units; each unit should take on average 5 minutes to complete. However, you have the option to revisit each unit for further study and practice – should you need it.

Developed by Jade Matos Carew, Senior Assessment Manager at University of Cambridge (English Language Assessment), key teaching skills is an e-learning package for those who teach BSL. The content is delivered in BSL with on-screen presentation, by subject experts.
Within this package you will look at various topics, such as organisation skills and techniques, classroom management, classroom planning, decision making, and relationship building. CPD certified, the content will provide you with the opportunity to improve your level of teaching within your classroom.
This package is broken down into seven modules – all of which cover different aspects of classroom management. Within each module, you will find a presentation by a BSL teacher - each video is also subtitled in English, and features a complementary information sheet.
Remember, you have the option to revisit each module for further study and practice throughout your subscription.
The glossary offers extra support and a quick reference to the terms discussed within each module.
